Joshua is an amazing voice coach and has all the experience to back it up! He was able to listen to me sing and understand where I needed to be pushed and what kinds of things needed to be fixed. I had a vocal breakthrough this week that I owe to Josh! He improved my resonance and power, dramatically. It surprised both of us! And his excitement was very gratifying. My improvement wasn't fleeting either; I was able to sustain this transformation throughout the lesson.
Leading up to this week, I also noticed improvements in my speech. My voice is richer and my greater dynamic range increases my volume and comprehensibility too!
Josh has an ability to hear nuanced issues. He then explains the complex interplay of vocal physiology, what I am doing and what I could do. Then he demonstrates examples, with and without. These side-by-side comparisons helped me gain a new awareness of myself and my own sound potential.
Over the course of five lessons (total), I experienced exponential growth. It's exciting! I can't wait to see where I go from here!

I love taking voice lessons from Dr. Lindsay! He is such an effective teacher. He makes you excited to learn more and to improve, and he helps you understand what is going on with your voice instead of expecting you to just instantly understand what he is saying.
